When I first met Dorothy and Levi over a fine cup of Transcend coffee I knew we were going to hit it off. They have such a full and excited energy that I love.
For their engagement session I told them to plan the perfect date. Something meaningful to them. Something that has history within their relationship. Then. I would photograph it.
So they did.
We started the day off with coffee, of course, accompanied with some reading at the Whyte Ave Chapters (something they love to do together) then moved on to try a new restaurant (another thing they are partial to) and finished the day off with a walk through the ravine (something EVERYONE loves. Unless you’re cray cray.)
I’m always playing around with how I do my engagement sessions. The engagement session is for us to get to know each other better. It’s so that we can build a relationship. So that on the day of your wedding, we’re already functioning at 100% and can dominate the day with efficiency and fun.
So if you have a fun, crazy, alternative idea that you want to do for your engagement session, shoot it at me! I’m sure I’m game.
Let’s make something.
Thank you Levi and Dorothy, for letting me make something with you…
